I'm already running my agency on other tools. How hard is it to switch?

We offer a free migration service. Our team handles the full transition: importing client data, setting up workspaces, configuring boards, and transferring history from your current tools. The only thing your clients need to do is connect their social accounts on the new platform, and we make that as easy as possible with a one-click guided flow and automated reminders if they don't complete it right away. Most agencies are fully migrated within a week.

What counts as an "active client"?

Any client workspace with activity in the current billing cycle — content reviewed, posts scheduled, or posts published. If a client pauses, cancels, or goes dormant, their workspace automatically goes inactive and you stop being charged. No manual toggling. When they come back, it reactivates. Your bill always mirrors your actual business.

What if I lose a client?

Their workspace goes inactive and you stop being charged on your next billing cycle. Nothing is deleted. You can still access all the content history, feedback, and analytics. If they come back later, the workspace reactivates. You never pay for clients you're not actively serving.

Will my clients need to learn a new platform?

The client experience is designed to be intuitive with zero training needed. They get a branded workspace with your logo, clear approve/revision buttons, visual board views, and a simple dashboard. Most clients figure it out in under a minute. And because it's white-labeled, they think you upgraded your own system, not that you switched tools.

Can clients mess up my workflow?

No. Role-based permissions mean clients can only approve content, request changes, connect their socials, and adjust some settings. They can't edit content, change statuses, or break your workflow. You can loosen permissions per client if you want to give them more control (like making them an Editor), but the defaults protect your process.

What happens when a client doesn't approve on time?

Ovia chases them automatically. The moment your team requests approval, the client gets an email — then reminders on a smart cadence, email and in-app, until they review. If you want a backstop, set an optional per-client auto-approve window (off by default): after N days with no response, content auto-approves and schedules, and locks 30 days after publish. If a time-sensitive post is approved late, ovia rebalances the rest of the queue around it. Every rule is per-client and overridable.

How do revision limits work?

You set limits per batch, and they can differ by month. For example: 3 revision rounds in month 1 (while you learn the client's style), then 1 round in ongoing months. The client sees "2 of 3 revisions used" in the UI. If they need more, they can self-serve unlock additional rounds through a built-in paid flow, or you can grant them manually.

What social platforms do you publish to?

Facebook, Instagram (feed, stories, reels), LinkedIn (personal and company), TikTok (business and personal), Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, and Google Business Profile. Posts auto-schedule into optimal time slots on approval. The platform auto-fixes media formats before publishing and auto-retries if anything fails.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contracts, no commitments. Cancel anytime and you won't be charged again. Your data stays accessible for 30 days after cancellation so you can export everything. Active client workspaces remain viewable but become read-only.

Is the 14-day trial really free?

Yes. Full access to every feature for 14 days. No credit card required to start. Set up your first clients, invite your team, connect socials, and run your actual workflow. If you love it, add your card and keep going. If not, no charge.

Do I really get all features at every level?

Yes — there's one plan, and every live feature is included from day one: boards, approvals, publishing, reporting, the white-label portal, custom domain, unlimited team, and API access. Whatever we ship next lands on the same plan at the same price — you can see what's in build on the roadmap. The only variable is how many active clients you manage.

What does "unlimited team members" mean?

Invite as many people as you need: designers, copywriters, schedulers, VAs, account managers. No per-seat fees. Role-based permissions let you control who can do what (Admin, Editor, Reviewer, Viewer). We charge based on clients, not team size.

How does the volume pricing work?

It works like tax brackets. Your first client is $29. Clients 2–5 are $25 each. Clients 6–10 are $21 each. Clients 11–25 are $18 each. The rate keeps dropping as you scale — clients 1,001–2,500 are just $2 each. Each tier only applies to the clients in that bracket, not retroactively to all clients. How do Boards work?

You create content internally (or with the AI Copilot). When it's ready and has passed QA, it's pushed to the client's Board for review. They never see drafts or work-in-progress. They can view their content in five views: Calendar, Grid, Gallery, Kanban, or Feed (platform-native preview). Each post has a clear status so they always know where things stand.
