Review & approval, built for how agencies actually work.
This is the main surface your team and clients live in. We've spent years watching hundreds of team members and tens of thousands of clients go through review cycles, so we know exactly where they get stuck. Ovia removes the friction at every step: clear status, anchored comments, scoped revision threads, and full version history on everything.
AImage annotations. Drop a pin anywhere on the image. Comments anchor to the exact pixel and persist across revisions.
BTime-coded video comments. Scrub to the moment, click, type. Frame-accurate, threaded, anchored.
CBoards as flexible as Airtable. Custom columns (single-select, multi-select, date, person), plus our own Approval and Publishing types. Built for social.
DFull version history. Every caption, crop, and metadata change is saved. Roll back at any moment.

Approved first, scheduled second. By the AI, not your team.
In ovia, nothing schedules until it's approved. The moment a client signs off, AI picks the optimal slot for that channel, balances your queue automatically, and respects time-sensitive content.
AApprove-first scheduling. On approval, ovia drops the post into the best slot for that client, that channel, that day. No human picks slots.
BContent-aware timing. Ovia reads the caption and media. Flash sale, event, holiday, launch. It schedules around the moment that matters most.
CAI fills the platform-specific fields. Video thumbnails, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube titles, default Pinterest board, video privacy, per-network caption variants. Override anywhere.
D99.9% publishing success. Auto-fix specs, auto-retry on failure. Token refresh, rate-limit backoff, alternative endpoints, all on the backend.

AFully white-labeled. Your logo, your colors, your domain. The client never sees ovia branding on the report.
BAuto-sent on schedule. Pick weekly, monthly, or custom. Ovia generates and delivers the report to the client without anyone lifting a finger.
CAlways live in the platform. Clients can open their analytics any time. Reach, engagement, growth, top posts, audience, all current to the minute.

From the founder
Why we actually built ovia.
An open letter from Edvin Mrkaljevic, founder of Feedbird. the social agency that runs on ovia.
Feedbird.Social media as a service · est. 2021
San Francisco, CA May 2026
To every agency owner reading this ,
Every social media platform out there cares about scheduling and posting. None of them cared about review and approval. the interface where your team and your clients actually spend their day. So every agency built the same workaround: a Trello here, a Figma comment thread there, a Notion page for captions, a Slack channel for "did you see the latest?", and the scheduler used only at the very end to drop the approved file into a slot.
That gap is the whole reason we built ovia. Scheduling is a tiny part of running a social media agency. The actual work. the part clients judge you on. is the back-and-forth of getting content approved, on time, with the brand voice intact. The existing platforms treated it as an afterthought.
Read the rest of the letter
The other thing nobody handled: what happens when an approval is late. On a scheduler, you scheduled the post first and hoped for the cooperation of the client. If they approved a time-sensitive post two days late, a human had to re-schedule the rest of the queue to make space. We flipped the order. In ovia, nothing schedules until it's approved. The moment a client signs off, ovia picks the optimal slot. and if the post is time-sensitive, it rebalances the queue around it. No human in the loop.
By the time we shipped this, we'd scaled Feedbird past 2,000 active clients and 200+ team members. We felt every pain a thousand times. We're opening it up because every agency we know is fighting the same fight with the same broken middle.
This is volume one: collaboration, publishing, and reporting. done meticulously. CRM, billing, brand-trained AI, intake, and a unified client inbox are in active build. We wanted to ship the foundation first, and ship it well.

Why one platform
Schedulers can't run your business. Portals can't publish.
Agency software splits into two camps — and every agency ends up paying for both, then gluing them together by hand. Ovia is built to be both, on one foundation.
Camp 1 · Schedulers
Plan & post, stop there.
Planable, Later, Buffer, Hootsuite. Great at queueing content — but no CRM, no billing, no intake, no client portal that runs the relationship. The business lives in five other tabs.
+ proofing tool + portal + invoicing…
Camp 2 · Client portals
Run the business, can't ship the work.
SPP, ManyRequests, Assembly. Checkout, intake, and branded portals — but they can't publish a single post, preview a reel, or report on a channel. The actual work happens elsewhere.
+ a scheduler + analytics tool…
ovia · Both, on one foundation
The work and the business, together.
Approval-first boards, native publishing, and white-labeled reporting are live today. The business layer — checkout, CRM, intake, messaging — ships on the same foundation this year, on the same plan.
I'm already running my agency on a scheduler. How hard is it to switch?
We offer free white-glove migration. Our team imports your clients, brand assets, scheduled posts, and content history from Later, Hootsuite, Planable, Buffer, or whatever you're running. Your clients re-connect their socials with a one-click guided flow (with automated reminders if they delay). Most agencies are fully migrated within a week.
Is the 14-day trial really free?
Yes. Full access to everything for 14 days. No credit card required to start. Set up your first clients, invite your team, connect socials, and run your real workflow.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no commitments. Cancel anytime and you won't be charged again. Your data stays accessible for 30 days after cancellation so you can export everything.
What about features like CRM, billing, checkout, intake, messaging?
In active build. rolling out across this year. Checkout, Services, Forms, Assets, Messaging, Automations, and Social Inbox are all on the public roadmap. For launch we're shipping the three things every agency uses every day: collaboration, publishing, and reporting. done meticulously. Everything else builds on this foundation.
How it works
How does the AI auto-scheduling actually work?
On approval, ovia picks the optimal slot for each channel based on this client's last 90 days of engagement. per-platform, per-day, per-hour. It also reads the caption and media: if the content is time-sensitive (a sale, an event, a holiday, a launch), ovia overrides the optimal slot and queues it for the relevant window. You can drag a post to a different slot or pin a launch time at any moment.
What does “99.9% publish success” actually mean?
Across our 142-agency cohort over the trailing 90 days, 99.9% of scheduled posts published successfully on the first or second attempt. We get there by auto-fixing the things that normally fail: wrong aspect ratio, oversize video, missing alt text, expired access token, rate-limit blip. The pipeline maps every known failure mode to a recovery and retries with exponential backoff. If something can't be recovered, you get a Slack/email alert with the fix. before the client notices.
What social platforms do you publish to?
Instagram (feed, reels, stories), Facebook, LinkedIn (personal and company pages), TikTok (business and personal), YouTube (Shorts and standard), Pinterest, and Google Business Profile. Auto-fix and auto-retry apply to all of them.
What does the reporting include?
Cross-channel analytics live in the platform: reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, top & bottom posts, saves, shares, audience demographics. per client, per channel. Every metric compares to the last 30 / 90 / 365 days. Export as a branded PDF, share a live link, or push it straight to the client's read-only view. You can drill down on any number to see the exact posts that drove it.
Will my clients need to learn a new platform?
The client experience is designed for zero training. They land on a branded board with your logo, see clear approve / request-changes buttons, and that's it. Most clients figure it out in under a minute. and because it's white-labeled, they assume you upgraded your own system, not that you switched tools.
What happens when a client is slow to approve?
Ovia chases them automatically. The moment your team clicks Request approval, the post status flips to Awaiting approval and the client gets an email — then reminders on a smart cadence, email and in-app, until they review. If you want a backstop, set an optional per-client auto-approve window (off by default): after N days with no response, content auto-approves and schedules, and locks 30 days after publish. If a time-sensitive post is approved late, ovia rebalances the rest of the queue around it. Every rule is per-client and overridable.
Is there a mobile app?
The client portal and boards are fully responsive — clients review and approve from their phone with nothing to install. Most agency-side work happens on desktop today; a native team app is on the roadmap.
Do you have a social inbox or engagement tools?
Not yet. Social Inbox — every comment, DM, and mention in one feed — ships Q4 2026 and is on the public roadmap. We sequenced collaboration, publishing, and reporting first because they're the daily core of agency work. If a unified inbox is your top need today, ovia won't replace that tool until Q4 — we'd rather tell you that now.
How do revision limits work?
You set limits per batch and they can differ by month. For example: 3 revision rounds in month 1 (while you learn the client's style), 1 round in ongoing months. The client sees “2 of 3 revisions used” in the UI. If they need more, they can self-serve unlock through a built-in paid flow, or you can grant manually.
What does “unlimited team members” mean?
Invite as many people as you need: designers, copywriters, schedulers, VAs, account managers. No per-seat fees. Role-based permissions (Admin, Editor, Reviewer, Viewer) let you control who can do what. We charge based on clients, not team size.
Pricing
What counts as an "active client"?
Any client workspace with activity in the current billing cycle. content reviewed, posts scheduled, or posts published. If a client pauses, cancels, or goes dormant, their workspace automatically goes inactive and you stop being charged. No manual toggling. When they come back, it reactivates. Your bill always mirrors your real book.
How does the volume pricing work?
It works like tax brackets. Your first client is $29. Clients 2–5 are $25 each. Clients 6–10 are $21 each. Clients 11–25 are $18 each. The rate keeps dropping. clients 1001+ are just $2 each. Each tier only applies to the clients in that bracket, not retroactively. The full bracket table is published on the pricing page — nothing hidden.
